Q:I just wanted to share something my 4yo daughter said to me when I asked, "What do you want to do when you grow up?" She replied, "I want to go in the TARDIS with the Doctor." Yep. Totally worth the inconvenience of having to leave the hall light on because she's afraid of the dark now.

You’re doing it right! Geek Parenting gold star for you! Also when my 4yo says he is scared at night  I always tell him the Doctor is always around to protect us, we may not see him but he is there watching over us and the Doctor always wins.
